My next door neighbour had his installed prior to us and we decided to research metal roofing far and wide. We had to do it since our asphalt roofing was terrible and we were part of a class action lawsuit that was going very slowly. We decided on Interlock and are totally pleased with the quality, timing, workmanship, and attention to details of the company and its friendly installers. Although we had a few minor issues deciding on the installation preparation and with the post-installation within the first 6 months, the Interlock staff member was most responsive and remedied the issues. Being a real estate Broker, I know this has given us an ROI much higher than with a standard roof shingle installation - and gives us a lifetime of no worries. We decided to add a larger eaves and drainage system as well as eaves screens b/c of the nature of the roof. Even our mail delivery person cited that the roof "popped" when he came down the street. He recommended snow stoppers on my roof but I told him other places that they needed to be installed. I had to add about 20-25 other snow stoppers. Everything was done as requested, efficiently and on time. The only small disappointment was the failure to close the hole in the wall. I will be calling Bruce back to pick up the sign that is still here.
