  They have to do something about the installers. They are in too big of a hurry and their was no supervision through the whole length of the project.

  One side of roof look terrible. Contract indicates that the roof would be prepared for the shingles but there was a dip in the roof that wasn't resolved before installing the shingles. Very unprofessional job. I asked the installer if the roof was ok after their inspection and they indicated it was in good shape.

  Liason between installer and supervisor. Sufficient snow guards were not shipped and customer had to resolve. Questions 1 and 2 should be revised. Brandon, not Ronald was our sales rep.Brandon was punctual and knowledgable. I would give him a 4 for each. He was a pleasure to deal with.

  The roof vents were poor quality and I had them return the first ones. The manufacturer did not do a satisfactory cleaning of the vents.They only did an injection mold and left scratches and other imperfections. The new batch was better, but not the best quality available. From what I can gather the salesman in my area is doing the best they have ever done here. You need to do straight advertising as well.
