The interlock’s signage however is not fitting to the look and feel of a residential street and lacks street appeal. May be time for a new signage?

They were just waiting on some parts but the crew and everyone was friendly, courteous, and cleaned up. They gave me a postive impression. The installers did a good job. They did not complain or make a fuss. They were very courteous.

I was told of all these various people (coordinator and foreman) will be calling me but I only received a call after I inquired to the sales rep as to why nobody has called me or started my roof which was 3 weeks over due.I also wish I was informed more of the safety features (snow guards) and the importance of having them up around the house. Overall, it is okay but there is some scratches on the surface of the roof. I think the installers could wear something that wont scratch the roof as they install it.

Interlock could have improved by having the foreman stay onsite and making sure they appear when the company says they are going to be here. The excuse for not showing when said was that they were sent to another property. I have no way of verifying that. When they were here everything was great.
