Within hours they called me and scheduled a service call for the next morning. Ken came by right on time, and quickly was on the roof looking at potential causes.     They could have done the project when they said they would do it. Their schedule was four or five months behind. Also, they were on my roof for 5 months. I did get water leakage which was caused by snow blowing into my attic. The snow melted. They also dug up asphalt in my driveway due to ice which is why I wanted it done in the summer to avoid these weather-related issues. I also found a shingle on the back patio. Hopefully, that didn't cause any harm.
