Review: January 29, 2026Completion: July 8, 2011We had our Interlock Metal Roof installed in 2011 and recently experienced some damage to the flashing. I called and spoke with Cheri, the Office and Service Department Administrator, who promptly scheduled Brad to assess the issue at the next available time. Despite one of the coldest winter days, Brad repaired the flashing efficiently and at no charge. The capping is different. I was never informed of this before signing the contract. I was never even given the oprtunity to pay for an upgraded capping so the existing roof would look like me addition. Communication as to product change.

Overall, there were too many problems with this installation and too much hassle in getting it resolved to recommend this company. The roof looks great and their attention to detail was impressive. I thought I had an issue with a trim piece coming loose and called. Within a day the service fellow was here and it turns out the trim came from a skylight...nothing to do with the roof. They fixed it anyway. Spectacular product and even better service! On the day of installation, I was not home, the next day when I returned I noticed one of the glass panes was broken. I assume one of the installers accidentally broke it. I have a warranty for the sun room, so they did come out and replace the panel. Because I have that warranty, I did not contact Interlock Roofing however, I do feel they should be aware of the problem that occurred.

My reluctance is with the price. Even with the warranty and your financing options, a 15 year commitment to a roof payment is a little too much for me - both cost, and time-wise.

We were also bothered at least 2 times way in advance of our recorded delivery time, by someone saying that the materials would be delivered in one or two days, despite our contract stated no earlier than mid April 2014.
