  Quality of service was poor, communication was poor, and there was a lack of quality control. We had two serious problems with the installation. 1. Interlock made a scheduling error that left our newly rebuilt roof exposed without a membrane when a massive storm was expected in the evening – we had a different contractor rush to install a temporary membrane before the storm (Interlock partially covered our costs). 2.   My husband didn't get the snow stoppers put on to the roof. I do not know where I can get some good ones. I do not know if they would recommend anything like that. The ones that they have are not all that good so we did not get them.
