There was a disconnect with Bob versus what actually happened which I think could be improved in terms of expectation setting. We expected a small team to perform the work 6-8 weeks after signing. We ended up with a single guy doing the work 3 months later. Not in and of itself a problem, just gave us a bit of a scare that could have been avoided with better or more clear communication.

“Yes, although my wife and I were concerned about the fact that only a single installation agent was onsite. We were concerned about his safety but also had the expectation/understanding from the sales meeting with Bob was that there would be a small team doing the work and that it would be done much faster than it was. Despite that, we're thoroughly pleased with the job that the installer did :)”

“During the sales pitch the understanding was that the work could be done within 6 weeks. When we asked about the weather we were informed that wouldn't be an issue and so we expected the work to be done before the holidays. We didn't receive communication at all from you until March requesting the materials be dropped the next day. Was a bit abrupt and unexpected. We're pretty tolerant but that sort of delay I'm sure could really upset others. In our case we weren't too stressed and as mentioned, the work itself when finally completed was excellent - we're very happy all told.”
