This project used an Interlock® Slate system in Black on a home in Oakville, ON, completed March 31, 2015. The project covered roughly 24 squares of roofing. John and Patricia M. rated the work 5 out of 5 in an independent survey conducted by GuildQuality on April 9, 2015. Installation Crew scored 5 out of 5, with the homeowner noting: “We were concerned about safety with a single agent onsite, but thoroughly pleased with the job.” The installation was carried out by Interlock Roofing.
There was a disconnect with Bob versus what actually happened which I think could be improved in terms of expectation setting. We expected a small team to perform the work 6-8 weeks after signing. We ended up with a single guy doing the work 3 months later. Not in and of itself a problem, just gave us a bit of a scare that could have been avoided with better or more clear communication.
