I have only praise to offer for the work this man did to my place. Sure, the product is good, but people like Ken make the company what it is: a reliable entity. I have had other less pleasant interactions with other people from the company, and, honestly, Ken's work confirmed that the human factor is important to a company's reputation. Kudos to Ken for a job well done.
