“I have made several calls months ago regarding my project, informed that the job still requires attention and have still not received call backs! I have issues with the snow guards and where they were placed which this entire job was based on removal and reinstallation of solar panels. The snow guards were not installed in the areas agreed upon. I have almost had an avalanche come down on my head and city of Ottawa employees (mail carriers) and delivery employees like Fed ex and Purolator. The snow guards are not effective on the side of my property either as the snow is flying off my roof towards my neighbors house and damaging my cedar hedges!”
