    Had a good knowledge but there were a few items that had to be clarified by the installers. For instance, I was told the interface with my concrete blocks would be ground in but the installer clarified that that was not possible with concrete blocks, only brick as the concrete would crack if scored. Quality has been great so far, and time will tell.

    The entire experience was awful, not one thing we were told came true. Job was done late, cashed my check weeks before job was even scheduled even though they already had my deposit and I was told they would NEVER cash until job was complete. Trying to reach someone in the office was a nightmare, at least 4 left messages before response.
