Not Barry for certain--but we are happy with the product. I would not put anyone I know in front of Barry. Barry's presentation was excessively long. It was painful to endure. The repetition was ad nauseum. He was like the old time slick salesperson that you want to avoid. But, we had no choice as this was the sales person that was sent to us. We were going to buy your product regardless--we didn't need the painful sales presentation. We have another house that needs a roof, but we won't sign another contract with Barry. Barry quoted the job with replacement of fascia on our 150 year old frame house. At the time of installation the crew was not able to replace this specialty molding. When we asked Barry what he was going to do about fulfilling this part of the contract he became very aggressive and stated that that was put in the contract to "be nice" to us. You would think that after his claims of being in the business for so many years, that he might know something about replacing this sort of trim and how it requires specialized trim--not off the rack stuff. We had to source a carpenter, get a quote and arrange for installation at a later date. This was and remains an inconvenience.In the end, I'm not surprised that Barry responded in this manner as he just comes off as a slick, fast talking sales guy that will try and get out of any tight situation and can't be trusted. It was an all around poor experience. He is not a good representative of your company and product. Also--as a side note--having you advertise your roof for 6 weeks might actually do your company a dis-service in this case as many people have asked us why the roof took so long to install. I'm sure people are wondering why they would ever hire Interlock to install a roof when it took them 6 weeks!
