  Communication with the customer needs to be improved. We were never informed of the status of our job. We had to call to get information on potential start dates. Would be easier if Interlock called customer to keep him/her informed. Material was delivered then it took 4 to 5 weeks for the installers to show up. We are pleased with the product and the installation.

  Hi Dave, Just a quick word to let you know the roof is completed. We could not see much when we got in at 2340 on Saturday, but we got a great look at it the next day. It looks simply great, and Sylvie is very happy with her choice of the pattern of the new shingles. I have some minor questions regarding the ice guards over the dining area. I will take a picture and send it to you so it will be easier to explain.

Talk to the client on where the materials will be safely stored.2) Recommend that people on the roof should wear safety harness or take that part out of the video and sales booklet3) Call back after a while to inquire about an issues. We were glad that they were done in two days instead of a week!
