The reason for the 1 star is that we saw that the wrong size vent was used. The guy that came was friendly and seemed to do a great job. The outside looks fantastic, but a vent is not connected in the attic. The vent should have been 8 inches, but a 4-inch vent was used. The vent can't be connected to the roof, and it's hard to correct the problem. The company is hard to contact about this. The unconnected vent is a fire hazard. It's dangerous, and it's not being looked after. Interlock Roofing could have improved with getting the correct vent size and connecting the vent to the duct. It's bothering me because it's a fire hazard and I can't use the vent when I cook. They should answer their phone and take care of problems properly and promptly. I would like to speak with Sheldon as soon as possible.
