Sales presentation mentioned Eco-Roof rebate and that further details would be provided. Repeated calls to sales person were not returned and it was difficult to obtain information needed to make final decision to proceed. Time passed from confirmation to proceed before Installation Manager contacted us to set a date. Was told by sales person at that time that Installation Manager would assist with info and submission of Eco Rebate. Time again passed until a date was set for actually installation to begin. Again we asked about Eco Rebate and was told information was forth coming as details had to be obtained. Job started, completed and final payment rendered. Contacted Installation Manager for details on Eco-Roof and was provided a week after job completion. Found out that Eco-roof program is not applicable to completed jobs so in essence useless to us. Interlock staff failed to provide the necessary information to assist us with submission of forms as we did not have the specifications to apply for the program nor were we aware of what was required. Interlock appears to have a great product and fantastic selection of colours and styles. We are not happy with what has transpired regarding the Eco-Roof submission despite repeated requests both from the sales person to the installation manager. The speed of response in replying to us needs to be improved especially when dealing with such a large investment.
