My issues were really around the City of Toronto Cool Roof rebate program which I have already addressed with Interlock.Communications with the company were a bit tricky - it was hard to escalate my problem as it is not clear where head office is or who the executive team is. More transparency on the part of the parent company is advisable. It felt a bit shady when I couldn't find this information easily.
