More clarity at the outset on who is responsible for what during the installation process particularly in respect to outstanding matters to be dealt with e.g. possible need for repair to roof decking, number of snow guards to be installed. “On August 21st we received a phone call on a Monday morning at 8:00 AM advising that the technician would be arriving at 9:00 AM to begin the installation, as another project was delayed and someone was available. The week prior we had been contacted by the office and discussed the installation to being scheduled for late September. This was not all bad, but the extremely short notice caused me to scramble to reorganize my schedule so that I could be present when the technician (Chris) arrived.In fairness I am not sure if this was presented as an option or as a statement of fact as my wife took the actual call. I really was wondering what I was in for with this project but fortunately, Chris proved to be great to work with on the outstanding details to be resolved and Bruce was accessible and supportive in providing information and assistance during the project.”
