More clarity at the outset on who is responsible for what during the installation process particularly in respect to outstanding matters to be dealt with e.g. possible need for repair to roof decking, number of snow guards to be installed. This was a high dollar value project for us and there were some moments where my confidence was a bit shaken but Chris and Bruce did restore it pretty quickly. Thank you.
