Metal Shakes Blaine, MN Review
Review: December 12, 2017Completion: November 7, 2017I am, very much so, and I have been doing that. That's a 4-plus! They have been phenomenal! I would hire them personally to do any work on my buildings anytime! I'm very, very pleased! We're in a very exclusive neighborhood and I get compliments from neighbors continually about their work. I tell them when I can to contact Interlock because their work is tremendous and I couldn't be happier with the product, service, or work - especially with the crew who installed the roof.

Metal Shingles Gig Harbor, WA Review
Review: December 12, 2017Completion: November 14, 20171. A more professional introductory meeting with the start up install that includes either a salesman or representative. This would include a complete overview of the install, ie.. installer introductions, expectations, timeline, general support to the homeowner. 2. FLASHING END CAP NEEDS TO BE DEVELOPED. I'm willing to discuss further with photos if needed. Would appreciate contact from an influential representative.

Review: December 11, 2017Completion: November 20, 2017I wasn't aware two vents were going to be plugged and roofed over until it was done. UNLESS Randall had explained that and I had forgotten. The roadway advertising sign is at the top of my driveway if you want to re-use it.

Metal Shingles Kitchener, ON Review
Review: December 11, 2017Completion: December 11, 2017On the back of our house we have a sun room with a glass roof. On the day of installation, I was not home, the next day when I returned I noticed one of the glass panes was broken. I have a warranty for the sun room, so they did come out and replace the panel. Because I have that warranty, I did not contact Interlock Roofing however, I do feel they should be aware of the problem that occurred.

Metal Shingles Center Burlington, NS Review
Review: December 11, 2017Completion: December 11, 2017The sales man that we were dealing with ended up being very hard to deal with and was not open to our questions and inquiries about the project. I ended up going directly to the office to get the answers that we wanted and were completely satisfied with their responses. We are very happy with the end result.

Metal Shingles Marriott's Cove, NS Review
Review: December 9, 2017Completion: November 30, 2017It took longer than it was going to based on my discussions with them. I wasn't there when the work was being done. I am the owner of the home and I don't currently have tenants living in the home so I can rate a lot of these questions because I don't know.

Metal Shingles Glanbrook, ON Review
Review: December 7, 2017Completion: December 7, 2017There was only a two man crew. I think they were supposed to have three guys, but something was going on with the third one. They said they were going to put a sign in the front yard because it was a promotional deal I got, but they never did that. If they still want to do that, it's fine with me.

Review: December 7, 2017Completion: October 17, 2017Not many. The installers were very proficient. Our only comment (not complaint) is that they were a little "quiet". We weren't able to interact with them the way we interacted with other people building our house. I would attribute it to their youth.
