I think Interlock Roofing could improve on cooperating with the customer more for delivering materials and the start time. The original time frame was 3-4 days. It took over a week to get the project done because of weather. They could improve their issue with communication with the installers. Not all of the installers spoke English. If I had to do it over again, then I would not.
