Also thought the sales rep would contact or visit during the job. We requested that photos taken during the installation - particularly of the fixing of the sway - be sent to us but received nothing so far.

On the day of installation, I was not home, the next day when I returned I noticed one of the glass panes was broken. I have a warranty for the sun room, so they did come out and replace the panel. Because I have that warranty, I did not contact Interlock Roofing however, I do feel they should be aware of the problem that occurred.
