They could have improved on their communication with the customer and given a realistic starting date. They used weather related issues for the reason for the delays and there were no weather issues in our area, that is for sure. I paid $24,290 and I'm very, very unsatisfied with the roof's performance! Update 1/30/18: The office administrator, Sarah Hamlin, and Allen Gessell gave me nothing but the run-around and I'm very unsatisfied with those two employees.
