Metal Shingles Rothesay, NB Review
Review: October 19, 2017Completion: October 19, 2017The shipment of product from Dartmouth to my home was delayed as the Armour truck driver had no note or number to call us before delivery. Overall, great product and service. Highly recommended for the piece of mind!

Metal Shingles Chester, NS Review
Review: October 18, 2017Completion: September 19, 2017Interlock Roofing could improve with more communication. John gave me a certain timeframe and when I did not hear back from anyone, I had to call the office several times to get a time. The installation crew was good, they were very courteous and cleaned up well. It was not the best day for installation however, they persevered and completed the project. James, the lead installer was very good.

Review: October 18, 2017Completion: October 3, 2017I feel they could have improved by taking their sign out of the yard when they were done. It is a nice sign and I called them and they said they would pick it up, but they haven't.

Review: October 18, 2017Completion: October 18, 2017I liked the product but it was priced out of my ball park. The salesman did the very best that he could but it was not possible for me to pay that much money.

Metal Shingles Tillamook, OR Review
Review: October 15, 2017Completion: August 25, 2017Timing of jobs. Ours was delayed but it did get completed and repaired before siding company, also delayed, began. We live at the beach and the installer was unaware if the wind direction so the ridge cap and vents had to be reversed. Installer missed an end piece of wood rotted and needed to be replaced. All repaired now. The roof looks great though we are away for 7 months so cannot comment on the performance until we return in May.

Metal Shingles Dartmouth, NS Review
Review: October 10, 2017Completion: September 18, 2017Our experience with your company was both pleasing and alarming. The product is beautiful although we have yet to experience a winter with it. Your salesman was pleasant and professional. The installation crew was mixed, given the lead in to their arrival they were a shock. It would be unfair to paint all with the same brush so I won't comment further. We had a leak, but it was dealt with well and quickly

Metal Shingles Ancaster, ON Review
Review: October 9, 2017Completion: September 15, 2017I feel that the office staff could improve on their response to phone calls. I could not reach anyone in the office during working hours. I did leave messages and no one responded. All the other areas responded well. There was a short fall with a lack of ability to reach someone in the office. I did research Bruce on the first or second ring.

Review: October 9, 2017Completion: September 12, 2017They could have improved by me seeing more supervision of the project. They didn't do bad work but the things I asked them to take care of didn't happen. I was told they would take care of the problem, I sent them a picture but no one every came out to fix the problem. I am not happy with the finished trim.

Metal Shingles Sharon, MA Review
Review: October 9, 2017The lifetime guarantee is great, having the income to do so ultimately affects my decision. I could put on a roof with a thirty year warranty for a lot less money. If and when I am able to the amount of money that comes in depends on if I am going to spend $10,000 or $25,000.Michael is very experienced, knowledgeable and attentive. He understood where I am coming from financially. I appreciate Michael following up with me and not pressuring me. Michael understands that if and when I am ready I… Read more →
