Review: January 13, 2018 Completion: August 23, 2017We did not have a final inspection with the installer and the homeowner . Our Valley was not trimmed which should have been found out on the final inspection but they came back later to fix it. That was the maintenance guy out of Hamilton.

I have talked to the staff and they understand that there is a problem, but have not got back to me to tell me what they will do to correct it. Very disappointed and plan to escalate the issue if it does not get resolved. Please have someone, including Neil get back to me to resolve the issues.

I will hear a small roar and poof! The snow has fallen off! The gentleman that installed it told us to make sure we aren't around because it does fall off, and that is exactly what it does! I would definitely pass along the message to use Interlock Roofing to anyone! We have had this roof since November and we have had no problems with it.

We signed our contract with them in April. It pushed back the development of the build. Their communication skills need to improve. They don't need to mislead us into thinking something would happen when it wouldn't. You can't plan a project and build a house and not have the roof done. They need to improve on their poor communication about material delivery date, installation date and any other issues that may arise during a customer's project. Train crews all over the nation on doing a daily cleanup, if for nothing more than the safety of the homeowner.Keeping the homeowner advised on the status of their project.
