Standing Seam Halfmoon Bay, BC Review
Review: November 7, 2017Completion: October 23, 2017shorter time between delivery of materials and completion of project very pleased with the roof and the way it plays with our Leafguard gutters. i suggested to Todd that interlock should look at picking up the local BC franchise as the Leafguard product is no longer available here. seams like a good fit to me, eh.

Metal Shingles Tyngsboro, MA Review
Review: November 7, 2017Completion: October 12, 2017Communication after the job was a bit lacking, when we had a couple of questions about signage left out front. Everything leading up to the project was perfect! We love the look and quality of our new roof. Your process was exceptional, and your staff great to deal with. The job was completed a month ahead of schedule and took half the time that we were expecting. We hope to never have to use the warranty, but should we have to, I’m confident that we will be taken care of. Great job!

Metal Shingles Sherwood Park, AB Review
Review: November 7, 2017Completion: October 9, 2017No improve mints for during the project. They were great during installation but communication and scheduling could of been better in the beginning. For the scheduling of the roofing I think that the installer was trying to schedule the final dates with me and he was also busy installing roofs. In my opinion I believe that the head office should schedule the appointments and send an email to me and the installer letting us know when the instal date is. I felt sorry for the installer and that he… Read more →

Metal Shingles Ajax, ON Review
Review: November 7, 2017Completion: October 15, 2017When I first phoned Interlock, I was put on hold for around 1 hour and then connected to a third party who said they would get a message to Interlock and request them to call me in 24 hours. After 3 days, Susan of Interlock called me. After a 2 month waiting period, installation started 10 days after the promised date. We removed our solar panels based on Interlock's promised installation date and lost solar revenue for 10 days because Interlock did not keep its installation date commitment.

Review: November 7, 2017Completion: October 6, 2017It's such a beautiful roof. We are very happy and very satisfied with the company and the way that they treated us. Everything was excellent! I will give them a very good reference and we have already told many people how happy we are with our roof. I also filled out another survey with all of my comments and sent it in that the roofer gave me.

Metal Shingles Timberlea, NS Review
Review: November 3, 2017Completion: September 25, 2017At the end of the job, we provided the workers with a survey/comment sheet to pass along to Interlock Roofing. I believe that Interlock Roofing should provide customers with a stamped envelope and ask customers to mail their survey/comment sheet. We had a great experience with our installers, but if someone didn't have a great experience they may not have wanted to give their survey/comment sheet to the people they were evaluating. Just a thought.
