The other problem with our roof due to style, was it required long sheets and they are harder to install so it was more limit on installers to draw from. We had up to six crews within the six months it took to finish. The worst experience I have ever had doing a renovation, and I have done many, on many homes. On the day of installation, I was not home, the next day when I returned I noticed one of the glass panes was broken. I assume one of the installers accidentally broke it. I have a warranty for the sun room, so they did come out and replace the panel. Because I have that warranty, I did not contact Interlock Roofing however, I do feel they should be aware of the problem that occurred.

Whether he was not understanding our questions, or had no interest, I don't know. We got the feeling that it was all about his end cut in the deal. Nothing on other days. Still find nails and roofing pieces. Mentioned to everyone how important this is to me. Communication broke completely down after Peter left. Stark difference to day 1 and 2 which was fantastic. I love the new roof. Looks great and roof rafters no longer cry out. If I had to do it again, I would.

Mike really sold us on the idea that everything was done by Interlock so no one could point fingers. But poor communication, a messy cleanup, and a leaking roof occurred anyway with an in-genuine "sorry" at every step. Communication was what needed the most improvement, mostly with Angela.
