I did not receive any calls in the meantime. They could have improved on that. There was a large sign placed on my lawn and I think they could a little bit smaller. It was too big, in my opinion.

We weren't able to interact with them the way we interacted with other people building our house. I would attribute it to their youth.

The roof looks great, sounds great. I'm in rainy Oregon and they said it would sound and it's wonderful. I'm thoroughly satisfied with the way it looks and sounds so far.

The product is not that expensive to produce compared to asphalt shingles. Disgusting how you price gouge for extremely poor service and pointless overhead. We were concerned about them being on the roof when it's almost dark and not being able to see what they were doing. Also, we didn't have a full crew every day.
