Metal Shakes Estacada, OR Review
Review: September 13, 2017Completion: August 31, 2017Prior to the project, I didn't realize that paying by credit card for a down payment meant that I would incur a foreign transaction fee because the money went to Canada.
Estacada, OR - ★★★★★
Metal Shingles Halifax, NS Review
Review: September 13, 2017Completion: August 17, 2017I feel they should have placed their company sign out during the project and not just after the project was complete. I have never received a copy of my warranty or invoice showing I paid in full.
Halifax, NS - ★★★★☆
Metal Shingles Calgary, AB Review
Review: September 12, 2017Completion: August 29, 2017Interlock Roofing only sent one guy for the installation. It is an industry standard to not work alone. The job was efficiently done.

Metal Shingles Cloyne, ON Review
Review: September 11, 2017Completion: August 21, 2017I almost feel that one of the staff people could do an onsite visit about half way through the project to make sure everything is going fine. It would be easier to deal with a rep from the company if you can't get the installer to fix an issue.
Cloyne, ON - ★★★☆☆

Metal Shingles Epsom, NH Review
Review: September 11, 2017Completion: August 31, 2017The only problem we had was the language barrier with the installation crew. Only one of them spoke English and it was very broken. I had a problem with investing so much money into something and not being able to ask question and someone understand me. They did a great job. The crew was organized and worked well together as a team. They completed the project in less then 3 days and I thought that was amazing.

Metal Shingles Gardner, MA Review
Review: September 11, 2017Completion: September 1, 2017The one area would be I wanted to have more than two extra fasteners because where I live, there is a lot of wind. For some reason even though it was in the contract the extra fastener was omitted. This was unfortunate, but Michael did call me and apologized and put it in there if ever something happens in the future they will fix it. He was excellent. We are happy, with the product.

Review: September 10, 2017Completion: August 22, 2017There were no areas that needed improvement We were amazed at how quickly the crew removed the old shingles and completed the new roof in one day. Metal Shingles Kitchener, ON Review
Review: September 10, 2017Completion: September 10, 2017It sounds like a great product, and John was certainly professional and knowledgeable, and able to answer all my questions. My reluctance is with the price. Even with the warranty and your financing options, a 15 year commitment to a roof payment is a little too much for me - both cost, and time-wise.

Metal Shingles Parkland County, AB Review
Review: September 9, 2017Completion: September 1, 2017I suppose any new roof requires some time to elapse before totally passing judgement on it, but we are very happy with the process of doing business with Interlock including our contact with the sales rep and the installation crew. The look of the roof is very pleasing.

Metal Shingles Squamish, BC Review
Review: September 9, 2017Completion: September 9, 2017None. Really, it was fine. I thought it was a tad long between order and completion, and delivery of materials and completion, but the crew was tidally professional and courteous and effective.
