Everything leading up to the project was perfect! We love the look and quality of our new roof. Your process was exceptional, and your staff great to deal with. The job was completed a month ahead of schedule and took half the time that we were expecting. We hope to never have to use the warranty, but should we have to, I’m confident that we will be taken care of. Great job!

I believe that Interlock Roofing should provide customers with a stamped envelope and ask customers to mail their survey/comment sheet. We had a great experience with our installers, but if someone didn't have a great experience they may not have wanted to give their survey/comment sheet to the people they were evaluating. Just a thought.

John gave me a certain timeframe and when I did not hear back from anyone, I had to call the office several times to get a time. The installation crew was good, they were very courteous and cleaned up well. It was not the best day for installation however, they persevered and completed the project. Review: October 15, 2017 Completion: August 25, 2017Timing of jobs. Ours was delayed but it did get completed and repaired before siding company, also delayed, began. We live at the beach and the installer was unaware if the wind direction so the ridge cap and vents had to be reversed. Installer missed an end piece of wood rotted and needed to be replaced. All repaired now. The roof looks great though we are away for 7 months so cannot comment on the performance until we return in May.

Contract indicates that the roof would be prepared for the shingles but there was a dip in the roof that wasn't resolved before installing the shingles. Very unprofessional job. I asked the installer if the roof was ok after their inspection and they indicated it was in good shape.
