We live in a rural location and the trucker that brought the materials didn't have a truck that was designed or authorized to go on the gravel road. we figured it out, but somewhere along the line, someone missed that detail. This may affect how brittle the siding becomes in such conditions and any kind of work pertaining to the juncture of the siding and the roof is subject to damage.

We sent a check to them, and this is a long weekend, so we sent it before the weekend. When they get it, they were going to send us the 50 year limited warranty in both my name and my wife's name on the paperwork. We put that request in with the payment. If we do resell the place, we will give them our contract, and they can renew under their names.

Everything went according to plan and although I didn't see any of the workers I did get a telephone call to say they were coming and the time they would be there. All the materials were outside ready for them to use so little impact to me since I wasn't able to be there Even though this was an insurance claim there were still no issues and no longer wait time than a regular customer looking for a replacement roof. Definitely worth the extra money and less headaches
