Metal Shingles Edmonton, AB Review
Review: August 9, 2017Completion: July 17, 2017When the weather became inclement and the team had to call it a day, this was not communicated to us. We had to call in to the office to verify that the team was not returning for the remainder of the day. While calling off work due to the weather is perfectly understandable, we would have preferred to be informed that was the decision made.

Metal Shingles Godfrey, ON Review
Review: August 9, 2017Completion: July 31, 2017I only put two at is time because the ride from beginning to end was a bit rough.Every day I look at my roof I am very happy with the result and the disappointing parts of the project begin to fade.I suspect as time goes on that number above will move to the right. I believe the salesman should access the roof to determine any possible problems and relay them to the customers before asking for a signed contract. If there is an possible issues then they should first bring an install expert in to… Read more →

Metal Shingles Port Townsend, WA Review
Review: August 8, 2017Completion: July 6, 2017We had a little problem getting the materials delivered, and getting the scheduling figured out. We live in a rural location and the trucker that brought the materials didn't have a truck that was designed or authorized to go on the gravel road. we figured it out, but somewhere along the line, someone missed that detail. That could have delayed the project several days. Some of the roofing materials weren't installed as accurately as they should have been for roofing. The aluminum plates needed… Read more →

Review: August 8, 2017Completion: August 8, 2017The copy of the contract John Turnbull left with me is visibly unclear. I would appreciate someone give another copy of the contract that is clear for me to read. I hope everything goes as planned.

Metal Shingles Fridley, MN Review
Review: August 8, 2017Completion: December 9, 2016I think care and consideration should be looked at and explained to the customer when the Interlock system is installed when the weather is below freezing. This may affect how brittle the siding becomes in such conditions and any kind of work pertaining to the juncture of the siding and the roof is subject to damage.

Metal Shingles Vancouver, WA Review
Review: August 8, 2017Completion: July 11, 2017We have been having 104 degree temperature and the roof has kept our home so much cooler than before. I would highly recommend this roof because it does not absorb the heat. We don't have air conditioner and our home hasn't gone over 81 degrees. I am very impressed.

Metal Shingles Maccan, NS Review
Review: August 7, 2017Completion: July 30, 2017I don't have any way of improvement, they've done an excellent job and other than seeing the new roof, you wouldn't even know they had been here. We haven't had much rain, but we are very satisfied with it. People have made comments on it, so I am happy.

Metal Shingles Drayton Valley, AB Review
Review: August 7, 2017Completion: July 29, 2017Interlock Roofing could have improved the project by letting me know when they were going to be delayed a bit. We sent a check to them, and this is a long weekend, so we sent it before the weekend. When they get it, they were going to send us the 50 year limited warranty in both my name and my wife's name on the paperwork. We put that request in with the payment. If we do resell the place, we will give them our contract, and they can renew under their names.

Review: August 6, 2017Completion: July 29, 2017Communications was poor to start. I was told several time we will get back to you. No one ever did. All of a sudden someone wanted to deliver material and I reminded them I was supposed to be notified in advance. I found a place to leave material on apron of garage in alley. I found storage for my RV for a week and it was not necessary as the installer did not use RV pad and didn't want it.. Communications was so bad I wanted to cancel. You have to talk to people not just say you will get back… Read more →

Metal Shingles Fort Saskatchewan, AB Review
Review: August 5, 2017Completion: July 29, 2017Nothing from my perspective. Everything went according to plan and although I didn't see any of the workers I did get a telephone call to say they were coming and the time they would be there. All the materials were outside ready for them to use so little impact to me since I wasn't able to be there Even though this was an insurance claim there were still no issues and no longer wait time than a regular customer looking for a replacement roof. Definitely worth the extra money and less headaches
