We have an exposed beam ceiling with original wood exposed. After the roof was placed on the front of the roof, nails were showing throughout our ceiling in the living room. This was resolved with professionalism but would have been less headaches for all if the company looked at what homeowners have in their homes before roofing is installed to avoid these issues. The communication is one place they can improve by calling back their customers. I think they need to give a full disclosure of the products and the materials they used. I haven't been able to get a break down of the materials they used on my project.
