Review: September 13, 2017 Completion: August 10, 2017We like the roof and qualtiy of the product. I was disappointed with the communication with the office, sales, and the repair man coming to check on us. The installers did not come to tell us when they were or were not coming. There was no phone call from the office or the install people.

For some reason even though it was in the contract the extra fastener was omitted. This was unfortunate, but Michael did call me and apologized and put it in there if ever something happens in the future they will fix it. He was excellent. We are happy, with the product.

I had a problem with investing so much money into something and not being able to ask question and someone understand me. They did a great job. The crew was organized and worked well together as a team. They completed the project in less then 3 days and I thought that was amazing.
