Was told the opposite with respect to a lien by Barry. Proceeded with a "cash deal".

There was a time when the installer didn't think he was coming, but he did, and he was locked out, so I had to come bring him a key. Having a lock box would be helpful for the installer.

He had a good feel for how hard to push for a decision right that second.
