Need to recognize when to close the picture books and close the deal. Crew was polite and cleaned up after themselves but they removed fence sections without requesting permission and did not protect gutters from damage or scuffing. I believed this happened when Interlock was prepping the old asphalt roof for the new metal shingle one. So it would have been nice for them to have cleaned out the gutters as that should have been part of the job cleanup.

Review: June 21, 2017Completion: March 23, 2017I noticed 1 little problem with replacing plywood. I don't like how your roofer replacing half or partial of a rotten plywood. Because I spend lots of money for the roof. But they couldn't replace a whole sheet of plywood worth only $20 in the contract I suppose to get at least 4 free sheet of plywood but only get half a $40k roof that's disappointing feeling for me to see something like that happens. I don't know if it the company policies or the roofers trying to save money.

I spent many hours with a metal detector and magnet trying to get them all up so I didn't get a flat tire! Ross said he was going to have them come back with their magnet to scour the area but I never seen them. Very difficult for a crew to work in those conditions and typically quality is impacted in those conditions. There are some minor issues with our roof that I believe could have been done differently that I believe might be need to be addressed if I cannot resolve myself.

I also found cigarette butts on my property. I would also like more information on the materials used. I was concerned that they had no onsite port-a-potty, and it was an awfully long work day to not use my facility. I would have been more than happy to let them use my facilities.
