That is in excusable ! However considering the use of high pressure sales techniques I'm not surprised just disappointed. Will not deal with this company again.

This was identified twice to the company, once 3+ weeks ago and a second time 2 weeks ago. I recieved a call after the second contact but as of yet have not spoken to a technician nor had the tile replaced on the roof.This has been the only issue of concern during the purchase/install process
