Review: June 18, 2017Completion: September 17, 2016When Mr. Rasmussen and that other guy were over here, I thought they did a great job and I gave them a check for $5000. We told them that there was some water damage and they said it would be okay if rain came before they did the work because they would send a repairman to put a tarp on the roof. Rain came but they hadn't done that, so we had to put a tarp up ourselves. I then complained to him and he apologized and said that he had forgotten and needed to take closer notes.

There should have been someone there to make sure that that did not happen. I was disappointed with the crew they left in charge of prepping the sire. There was no site visit. There was zero quality control on the install. We are satisfied with the product and the look of it but not with the leaks.

It was done after it had rained and we had some reservations about the fact that water was being locked in so there was a little blip in that regard. We were told they were arriving on a particular day and they didn't, so there was some lag time. Communication as to exactly when they are going to arrive would be better. We are pleased with the product so far. It looks great. We get a lot of compliments on it.

The sales pitch, I did not like or appreciate the sales pitch. It was either commit to it now, or the price goes up.
