All of a sudden someone wanted to deliver material and I reminded them I was supposed to be notified in advance. I found a place to leave material on apron of garage in alley. I found storage for my RV for a week and it was not necessary as the installer did not use RV pad and didn't want it.. Communications was so bad I wanted to cancel. Everything went according to plan and although I didn't see any of the workers I did get a telephone call to say they were coming and the time they would be there. All the materials were outside ready for them to use so little impact to me since I wasn't able to be there Even though this was an insurance claim there were still no issues and no longer wait time than a regular customer looking for a replacement roof. Definitely worth the extra money and less headaches
