Metal Shingles Salem, OR Review
Review: June 20, 2017Completion: February 8, 2017If they could have ordered sunshine instead of snow, that would have been good. I am really happy with it. It has just been wonderful!

Metal Shingles Tualatin, OR Review
Review: June 20, 2017Completion: June 10, 2017I would have liked to see better communication between the person doing the scheduling and the installation crew. I think they should start the job earlier in the day than they did. I love my roof and it looks beautiful.

Metal Shingles Coquitlam, BC Review
Review: June 20, 2017Completion: August 18, 2016Communication between customer/sales rep and installers could be improved- the installation took several weeks longer than expected as on some days there was only one installer or no one showed - we were asked if we wanted to do our roof asap from when we signed the contract and we agreed but the installation went on for several weeks - also regarding maintenance on our gutters - I contacted our rep and installer as I didn't want just anyone up on our great looking roof - and the installer said… Read more →

Review: June 20, 2017Completion: November 12, 2016My roof was replaced in November...in Washington, the installment guys were the best, they tarpped when needed, cleaned the yard each day. They were the best and so nice to work with.

Metal Shingles Chicago, IL Review
Review: June 20, 2017Completion: October 22, 2016It was kind of expensive. I think they could have improved on the scheduling and ordering the correct amount of materials. I had to replace my gutter guards because they had thrown them out.

Review: June 20, 2017Completion: October 19, 2016Project was completed at nighttime, so the crew never returned the next day. That was fine, but they left behind metal scraps and loose nails on the ground, which they missed on the dark.

Metal Shingles Lantz, NS Review
Review: June 20, 2017Completion: June 13, 2017I got what I believed was a quote. Even on the order, it was a quote. Part of my roof is flat. Then, I got approved to get the main house done. I did not get it done. When I went to pay up front, the flat part jumped in price about $4000. I even sent them a copy of the quote. John said it was for the main part. It is clearly written that the flat part was part of the quote. I just want to make sure Justin and his guys get a pat on the back. They were amazing.

Metal Shingles Edmonton, AB Review
Review: June 19, 2017Completion: August 15, 2016The price was pretty steep compared to regular shingles which is understandable - however if it was more affordable I'm sure more people would be doing their roof this way. Also, for the next few days afterward (and after the first few rains) I managed to find a lot of small cut pieces coming out of my downspouts which I had to make sure were cleaned up before I mowed the lawn.

Metal Shingles Danvers, MA Review
Review: June 19, 2017Completion: May 3, 2017If I can find a friend that has money and can afford Interlock then I will. Very good product They could have improved by SPEAKING ENGLISH. I can't say that enough. When dealing with a homeowner who doesn't speak Spanish, it doesn't help. That would be my biggest, and a little more attentiveness to people's property as far as decks. They scratched mine up a little bit, but they did try and fix it

Review: June 19, 2017Completion: June 6, 2017Interlock Roofing could have improved by having all the material onsite the day of installation. We had to wait on two furnace covers because they were not ordered with the other material. We were very pleased with the entire aspect of the project.

Standing Seam Monmouth, OR Review
Review: June 19, 2017Completion: June 12, 2017Communication was an issue. I had to call to ask when the project would start, finish and many times during the process after the contract was signed. Our project started almost one month after the promised time. They were relying on weather forecasts out of Salem (a 45 minute drive from our house) to base some of their work schedules around, even though I told them that the weather from Salem was not reflective of the weather at the work site.

Metal Roofing Marysville, WA Review
Review: June 19, 2017Completion: April 19, 2017We would like to commend Interlock for your product and service. Our house is 1572 square foot ranch style home. It took two days to install the new roof. No mess no waste. The installation crew was very polite and professional. They didn't mind me supervising (watching) or asking questions. Interlock Roofing works as advertised. We have had a wide variety of weather in the last 50 days, heavy rain, hail, and eighty-degree temperatures.
