However, the actual process of getting the roof was kind of painful because the communication was not good. We feel the contractor in Minnesota is completely over worked. They don't have an office or office personnel to handle any questions or concerns, you actually have to speak to the installer for any questions and he cant answer questions efficiently or in a timely manner due to working on other homes and traveling. However, when I again brought these to their attention, they were fixed satisfactorily. The itemd were thingd one by the 2nd. The primary did the corrections. The completion of this job was slightly delayed due to an electical storn that chased the crew off the roof. I was impressed by then arriving early and staying until it was too dark to safely work longer.

When they came to do the installation, they said they couldn't do that. It was quite an additional charge that was added on for that. We are still negotiating on the price of stripping the roof, but other than that everything is fine.

These cannot be picked up using a magnet, and would easily be picked up by a car tire. If you have a gravel driveway, they are not easily seen. Diligent care needs to be taken to try to minimize dropping nails inadvertently. On the scheduling side, ran out of material which put the project back a week.
