I live under trees and I get a lot of debris and then all the debris piles up on the skylights and floods water into the house. If they could build some sort of cover that could prevent buildup I think it would be helpful. There was a time when the installer didn't think he was coming, but he did, and he was locked out, so I had to come bring him a key. Having a lock box would be helpful for the installer.
