I am not here for you. I did not ask you to come to my house and take money out of my pocket to put your roof on my house. It is a sales issue. It is not me for you, it is you for me. When you order it they give you so many boxes of the interlock roofing, and if I wanted to make a wood shed, I would like to use the same roofing on it, but they took back the extra roofing that was left over. It would be nice to have these things cleaned up upon project completion. We are surprised at the lack of follow up communication from the company. I still have the sign that was left in our yard for longer than the requested time, and this is the first contact regarding our satisfaction with the project.

Most of the deformed panels are along where the scaffold was placed. I did not say anything to my wife about the look of the roof, but she made a comment to my about the dents.Richard Moreus

They need more people on a crew and they need to take a good look at the installers before they hire them. I think they need to take a better look at the installers they hire. I wasn't happy that they didn't have the proper safety requirements in place. This left me as the home owner in a very bad place if someone gets hurt on my property. I am happy with the roof now that it is done.

Review: June 27, 2017Completion: May 26, 2016They installed snow stopper things on the bottom roof but not the top roof, I have 2 separate roofs and the snow falls from the top leave and makes a loud noise on the bottom roof and hits my car. That is the only thing I would do differently is to get more of those. The only thing is on the double roof, the snow falls off the top roof onto the bottom roof and makes a lot of noise.

The on-site manager told me I had to sign off on the work and give him the check. Previously, I had been told that I would not have to sign anything or submit final payment until I had an opportunity to inspect the finished work. Big difference between what I was told would happen and what actually happened.
