Metal Shingles Scarborough, ON Review
Review: September 19, 2017Completion: September 19, 2017On our contract in states that the project would begin within six to eight weeks. We were contacted three weeks into the contract to say that the Roofers would be on site the following day. This should have been handled better and we should have been given more lead time to make our arrangements. We would also like to recognized the Installer's Manager (sorry, his name slip me at this time) for getting us a skylight to replace the one that we had.

Review: September 14, 2017Completion: August 10, 2017I have already recommended them four times. They were excellent and whole neighborhood asked about them. Not really anything I think they could have improved on. I hope they give me a call after the winter and see how we are doing.

Review: September 14, 2017Completion: August 28, 2017There was a misunderstanding so it was delayed. It was cured within 24 hours so it was resolved. Also, I didn't get a receipt for the payment so I am not sure if they got it or not.

Metal Shingles Burnaby, BC Review
Review: September 14, 2017Completion: August 16, 2017Overbooking job simultaneously which caused major and frustrating delays for a project that was initially stated as "no more than 10 days"!Very disorganized with lack of materials and showing up late or not showing up at all when promised! Too many excuses. Credibility is lost.

Metal Shingles New Fairfield, CT Review
Review: September 14, 2017Completion: August 19, 2017At the start of a project, the ceiling of homes should be looked at before the work is done. We have an exposed beam ceiling with original wood exposed. After the roof was placed on the front of the roof, nails were showing throughout our ceiling in the living room. This was resolved with professionalism but would have been less headaches for all if the company looked at what homeowners have in their homes before roofing is installed to avoid these issues. Please recognize the local roofing… Read more →

Metal Shakes Woodinville, WA Review
Review: September 13, 2017Completion: August 28, 2017It would be tentative on how things finish up. I would say they could improve mostly with the installation team and setting expectations on my part. Ross made a fairly big point that it was all Interlock people. He said it was one company that installed and maintained the work. The two gentleman who came to do the installation was driving a truck with a different company name and tags from Massachusetts. I was curious if they had a license to work in Washington. I had trouble communicating with… Read more →

Metal Shingles North Bend, WA Review
Review: September 13, 2017Completion: August 4, 2017I used them 10 years ago and I didn't have any problems but this situation is not good. They are not trying to fix the situation. The communication is one place they can improve by calling back their customers. I think they need to give a full disclosure of the products and the materials they used. I haven't been able to get a break down of the materials they used on my project. I just hope they really did my roof properly and didn't leave other pieces of rotten wood up on the roof covered up.… Read more →
