I would say they could improve mostly with the installation team and setting expectations on my part. Ross made a fairly big point that it was all Interlock people. He said it was one company that installed and maintained the work. The two gentleman who came to do the installation was driving a truck with a different company name and tags from Massachusetts. The communication is one place they can improve by calling back their customers. I think they need to give a full disclosure of the products and the materials they used. I haven't been able to get a break down of the materials they used on my project. I had a problem with investing so much money into something and not being able to ask question and someone understand me. They did a great job. The crew was organized and worked well together as a team. They completed the project in less then 3 days and I thought that was amazing.

For some reason even though it was in the contract the extra fastener was omitted. This was unfortunate, but Michael did call me and apologized and put it in there if ever something happens in the future they will fix it. He was excellent. We are happy, with the product.
