The one minor discrepancy I found two months after installation was fixed by an Interlock representative less than twelve hours after reporting it. The higher cost of an interlock roof has been worth every penny and I’m not even through my first winter yet.

The reasons behind these leaks were ice dams and icicles. Our house is facing north. It gets minimum or no direct sun exposure most winter months. Repairs were costly.

Someone else came down a few days later from Interlock Roofing and I told him about it. He took care of it right away. I had a very positive experience. I wish I had known it was so noisy, but that is fine.

I was not notified of some of the date changes. Finally, I was called and told they had to give the job to a different crew. That crew showed up on the date and completed the job in a timely manner.
