It took 10 weeks to get a quote from this company and finally by my own efforts I got it. Jenn, couldn't do anything. I finally got in touch with Dena, in sales and she did a good job. After the shingle shortness and phoning numerous times to find out when the installers were returning to finish the job I don't know about a recommendation. Keeping us informed about how long it would take to get the last of the shingles, knowing exactly when the installers were coming back. We were also told we would have no problems with snow and we are afraid because there is so much ice and snow on our roof and we are not able to clear it away. Other people in our area that have plain old barn steel have bare roofs so we are doubting our purchase .

As such, the weather caused numerous delays and the project took much longer to complete than anticipated. Review: January 7, 2017This was really a disappointing experience all round, with a continually scheduling run-around after all sorts of assurances were made up front, and then finally when the roof is about to be done, an additional $5000+ in cost because Interlock didn't realize that they would, after all, have to strip off the existing shingles.

The weather did not cooperate with us much but the installers worked with skill when weather permitted. The yard was cleaned of all debris better than any other workers we have ever employed in the past.

However, it took quite a while before we were contacted to when the work would take place. Installation of the roof took longer than planned, partly because of a limited work crew but also because of weather (obviously not under Interlock's control). End of day clean up was OK but many nails and metal bits remained on the yard and driveway.

The installer should have coordinated with the homeowner when he stripped the old shingles on some areas that lead to the exposure of the bare wood. Brochures are a useful start but they are not enough to make a decision. 2) Interlock should remove and reuse their lawn signs at the end of a job. This would save Interlock money and it would save the customer from disposing of the sign.
