The only glitch was the communication between what Dowd's Roofing should have done with the Facia, Soffit and Evestroughing with respect to tieing it in with what the roofers were to do. I finally called Derek and he dealt with it right away. The installers were professional,and courteous but it took two months to complete the job.

The first installation crew could have improved on every aspect of their demeanor. They could have put the roof on right the first time and communicated more effectively and avoided damaging my siding. The salesman should have been aware you can't install roofing over old shingles. Several nights they were up on the roof with headlamps and I don't think that is right in doing a roof. They could do better with the clean up of the site. I don't think it is a good idea to be up on my roof with head lamps on.

I cannot remember who told me this but they said that they would vacuum out the gutters and get the old moss out but they didn't. That was very disappointing. They did a house just below me and I watched them doing it. A Russian chap named Vladimir spoke with me and I really wanted him to come do my place but he wasn't able to. He was very busy.
