The only real complaint I have on the project is the materials at in my driveway ( with plastic and card-board boxes blowing in the wind)for over a week and no one called to organize an installation date and schedule. This is an unacceptable business practise. Communication with customers is IMPORTANT

I was talking to the guy who's in the office in Dartmouth or Halifax and I told him that I got a call from the states and he said that they didn't have anything to do with anyone in the states, so I was concerned if you were actually a valid organization or not.(I explained to her what GuildQuality is and assured her that we are in fact a valid company.)
