Since I did not give the cheque directly to the office it caused me to wonder why my cheque wasn't being cashed. It really is a situation so many times with salespeople where they are so eager to get a deal they start getting pushy and show frustration when you don't buy at that moment. That was not the case with Ross. He also knew we weren't in the market for another year or two. Hopefully it will all work out.

When they did the inspection the didn't know I didn't have something under the plywood that was needed. They gave me a lower cost and I signed the contract. Then they figured it out and I had to pay extra to have these installed. It raised the cost a lot. If I would've know this ahead of time I wouldn't have signed the contract.
