It is a 10-year-old roof, and one tile has slipped out of place. This allowed ingres of a squirrel into the roof. Repairing the roof during warm daylight weather is critical to making sure that the squirrel does not get sealed into the roof where it can do extensive damage. We have not received the warranty for the roof, or notification that it's been paid. I wrote a check at the time of the job completion, and still have not received notification that our payments have been paid. I feel it's very unprofessional of the office.
