It is not a problem for me whatsoever and it is not a complaint, but it might be helpful for others if the salesperson was French-English bilingual.

Different types of roof can be stepped on, but others cannot. I think it would be good if the salesperson would indicate whether or not you can walk on certain types of roofing. Breaking down the types of roofing and whether or not you can walk on it, or the weight limit, would be useful. Interlock seems so busy ,I got lost in the shuffle . I spent $48,000 it was treated like a $3,000 job from a no name one man company .
