They can probably be reused MANY times, so I think you should offer a way to return them for reuse, so they don't just go to landfills. The homeowner might even offer to meet someone from Interlock when they're in the area again, in order to return the sign for reuse.

The roofers put in a non opening one and said they would try to find one that fit. To this date we have not heard from them, or the company regarding that skylight. It seems there should be a refund of the difference in the price between the non-opening one and the opening one. I am happy with the roof, I just want either a skylight that opens or a refund of the difference in the price.

Materials were left in my driveway out in the rain for 2 weeks before installation. After incorrect information from the sales rep I purchased unneeded flashing for my skylight that cost me a restocking fee to return. Our prior roof leaked from day 1, and the workmanship was so shoddy that I felt if I complained and the roofers returned they were likely to do more harm than good. I would think that I would be getting another warranty card since this was as new install. Also, it seems they left pieces from the last install in the attic, so it wasn't fully cleaned up the first time.
