I need to purchase a replacement roof system because it is something that I need. The sales rep would ask me, "How about this price?" and I would agree, then later he would say, "How about I lower the price". Ours was a messy job because we had wooden shakes that were 40 years old. However, they were very courteous and I know it is not always perfect.
