Review: September 22, 2015Completion: August 14, 2015I already have recommended Interlock Roofing to others. I was really impressed. I was a little skeptical and it was a little pricey. I read the other reviews prior to signing the contract and I thought maybe everybody else was being nice. I was pleasantly surprised. The first winter will be the real test, but so far everything has been great.

There was confusion regarding a dumpster and removal of the old roof. We were originally told that a dumpster would arrive prior to the start of the project, yet none arrived and the installer seemed confused as to what to do with the old roof. It was not delivered as per agreement and were told it would be delivered when we will have some additional work done. I had to remind Interlock of this part of the agreement following the initial roofing.

Overall, it is okay but there is some scratches on the surface of the roof. I think the installers could wear something that wont scratch the roof as they install it.

However, once they arrived, they were friendly and worked well. I would also suggest that the materials are stacked low as opposed to high when they are dropped off as our materials fell & dented the vents. Miscommunication & stacking materials, high, were the only issues.
