They were really good people, and I'm content with their products. The only problem I had was with the scheduler who didn't schedule the job on time and had an attitude. He wanted to argue about everything.

He took all appropriate safety precautions and wore safety gear but an extra person would have been safer and three times faster. Although not part of the original agreement, I requested some eave troughs to be replaced and gutter guards installed. I am still waiting for this work.
