Review: November 7, 2015 Completion: October 3, 2015I did mention to Ray that the installing crew stared on a Friday left the roof exposed and it hailed that weekend. Then their truck broke down and even though all the working material was present, they did not take a cab over.. All together they missed perfectly sunny days. Could you come and take the sign away? He does not return phone calls, follow up with customers, take responsibility for wrong doings, and is not eager to talk about the facts and situation; however, he is very quick to change the subject matter. Dan needs a lot of people skills and communication development training. He reflected poorly on the company itself, even though all other contacts were very good.

I left my phone number with his secretary with a request to call back due to some items of the roof lifting and i eventually had to email and then call Derek who sent someone out. It wasn't a big deal but when they delivered, they delivered the wrong materials and had to come back later that day. It was n't a huge deal but made us a bit worried at the start.
