I spoke to the instillation manager, Randal, and he said that the installation person would come back(This was a week ago).Ten minutes ago, I tried to call him and he did not answer. I am still trying to contact Randal, to replace the rotten wood. I am going to try to recommend people when ever I can; everyone asks about my roof when they see it.

Somewhere along the line in the beginning if they had said it would be three weeks we would have known that and planned for it. It's not a problem, because they were fantastic and excellent, I just didn't think it would be almost four weeks. I will recommend them. I already have!

The installation people did the best they could but very difficult when the material is not sent as promised!!!!

I had a couple of pieces fall off the roof and I made a phone call and no one called me back or showed up. I thought there would be more quality control on a $20,000 roof.
