Whenever I call, any line, I always got answering services. There is no line that I can call and a person answers the phone. They seem very hidden and not upfront. The only person that I know from the office is the salesperson. There is no number to call and talk to someone and that almost seems shady. Review: September 14, 2015 Completion: August 24, 2015I didn't like the way they installed the roof, it's not laid out right. I feel like they did a shoty job on a couple of things. I would like them to come back out and fix the things that I'm not happy with. I don't like the way they placed one roof cap on at all. One sticks up and they used clear caulking on that and I don't like the way that looks.

The sales rep would ask me, "How about this price?" and I would agree, then later he would say, "How about I lower the price". Also, I couldn't remember whether the whirlybird was to stay or go. It wasn't written on the invoice either. With a purchase this big I would expect to be kept in the loop for critical details regarding project dates. You need to hire a project manager or a general contractor that would be able to be the point of contact for a specific customer.
