Review: April 11, 2026 Completion: August 27, 2013We have had this roof for about 17 years. We got hurricane strength winds and there has been no problems with the roof. We had 3 conventional shingle roof before and they had delaminated and blown in to other neighbors yards. Worth the money in our opinion.

I had to go into my attic myself to verify whether the work they claimed was done had actually been completed — and several times, it wasn’t. They had to come back multiple times, and I had to adjust how I communicated just to make sure we could finally get everything resolved.

There was never any third party quality assurance process to check on the installers work as he was working alone with a helper. Is this installed as per the recommendations of the manufacturer - I really cannot comment on that and neither can the sales person. All I have is a warranty piece of paper.

At the time we left a small overhang undone with plans of removing it, however our plans changed and the roof had deteriorated with the passing of time. I called and they were very receptive to coming out to inspect and then replace. The work was done quickly, on time and to my complete satisfaction. I highly recommend Interlock, you wont be sorry!
